Sliding hammers

Tighten and loosen nuts and bolts with sliding impact.

Connected to a striking wrench, the sliding hammer delivers impact to the tool through the movement of a weight within the assembly.

It is an alternative to a conventional sledgehammer in equipment maintenance, assembly and disassembly applications.

Impact is generated within the assembly.

The sliding weight produces the impact that drives the striking wrench. In compatible applications, this replaces the blow from a conventional sledgehammer.

One application is tightening and loosening flange nuts. The setup takes into account the tool used, available space and working environment.

Does your operation restrict conventional sledgehammers?
